This year marks a very special year for PruBSN as we will be celebrating our 15th year anniversary. All praise to Allah swt., for a significant milestone that we can be proud of, especially that we remain as the #1 family takaful operator in Malaysia* for the past 7 years.

Reflecting on the history of PruBSN, we have grown exponentially, driven by our commitment to provide solutions through our promise of helping people get the most out of their life. Our collective effort to modernise and innovate our business have turned into a series of achievements. The rollout of Remote Enrollment Option, various Pulse initiatives, coupled with innovative products to address customers’ needs are important key factors to our success. On behalf of PruBSN, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all our People, agency force and our valued customers for your contribution and support towards this historic milestone. Through our bold initiatives of providing the best solutions for our customers we continue to do things no one else has done before and this has led to us being recognised as an industry leader this year – for example we invented PruBSN Aman app that won us the Malaysia Technology Excellence Award and how we became a company of choice which named us the Malaysia’s top 15 companies in LinkedIn.
