PruBSN 1st Runner up winner for the "Best Newcomer Contact Centre"

Kuala Lumpur, 12 October 2012 – Our Company emerged as the 1st runner up winner for the "Best Newcomer Contact Centre" last Friday at the Malaysia 13th Customer Relationship Management and Contact Centre Awards (CCAM Awards) at Hotel Istana.

Audited by Asia Pacific Contact Centre Association Leaders (APCCAL), the annual CCAM Awards recognise and honour members from the Contact Centre industry throughout Malaysia based on strategy and organisation, service quality and optimisation, human resource processes amongst other criteria set. In this first attempt for such a recognition, PruBSN went up against 55 entries from customer service and contact centre operators in various industries such as telecommunications, banking and insurance, information technology and other outsourcing companies. After the second round evaluation, we were amongst the 22 short-listed candidates and moved forward to the third round. We went on to be the finalist for this category and took second place behind Shell Services. A very strong position for a first timer against such a heavy weight Company like Shell.
