During the closure period, customers may continue to manage takaful certificate-related matters through our PruBSN App or our Customer Portal, PRUServices, at https://pruservices.prubsn.com.my/app/onboarding/welcome
Face-to-face customer service will remain available through the Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad (PAMB) branch network, and no disruption to customer servicing or business continuity is anticipated. Our Hospital Alliance Services will also continue to operate as usual.
