If you're an existing PruBSN Touch user, please register for a new PruBSN App account to continue managing your certificates without interruption. PruBSN Touch permanently ceased operations on 1 Aug 2026 and is no longer accessible.

How to access PruBSN App

Step 1: Download the App

Download the PruBSN App from Google Play of App Store.

Step 2: Register Your Account

Click on “Create an Account” and key in your NRIC. Your registered details will be displayed for verification using OTP which will be sent to your registered email address.

Step 3: Set Up Your Details

Set your username and password. You may use your registered email or a different email as your username. Once set up, you’re all ready to go!

Important Note: After entering your NRIC, the email and/or mobile number registered with us will be displayed for verification. If you no longer have access to these, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
