Discontinuation of PruBSN Touch Portal and PruBSN Navigator App

Dear Customers,

To facilitate your digital experience, all certificate information and self-service services are now available through PRUServices as our main platform.

With the transition to PRUServices, the PruBSN Touch portal and the PruBSN Navigator app will be discontinued on 31 July 2026.

In this regard, it is recommended that you start using PRUServices as soon as possible.

How to access PRUServices

Step 1:

Visit pruservices.prubsn.com.my and click 'Create account’.

Step 2:

Key in your NRIC. Your registered email and/or mobile number will be displayed for OTP delivery.

Step 3:

Set your username and password. You may use your registered email or a different email as your username.

Important Note: After entering your NRIC, the email and/or mobile number registered with us will be displayed for verification. If you no longer have access to these, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
