Your Certificate is deemed to have been delivered to You on the date You downloaded the e-Certificate from your customer portal or on the date the hardcopy Certificate is delivered to You, whichever is applicable. If You do not download the e-Certificate, it shall be deemed delivered after the third e-notification of the e-Certificate being made available on Your customer portal.
