No, the arrangement with PRUPanel Plus Hospitals are applicable for Individual Medical certificate/ policy holders of Prudential only.
All Prudential medical certificate/ policy holders can seek treatment at PRUPanel Plus hospitals according to each company’s panel listing. Please refer to each company’s corporate website’s panel hospital listing, as there are slight variations between PruBSN and PAMB’s PRUPanel Plus.
No, the benefits will be automatically applied to all Prudential medical certificate/ policy holders upon identity verification by hospital personnel.
Yes, customers can continue to use Pre-Authorisation Coverage under HAS Facilities for non-listed panel hospitals, which will be referred to as PRUPanel.

The PRUPanel Plus hospital listing will be reviewed every 2 years, however Prudential reserves the rights to revise it from time to time.
