Automated Payment
Automated payments with PruBSN Touch
PruBSN Touch is a secure online platform that lets you set up automated payments. So your coverage stays active without worry.

Step 2: Select payment option
Click on Contribution and choose Online Contribution Payment.

Step 3: Choose installments
Enter the number of payment installment for the certificate you wish to pay.

Step 4: Select payment method
Choose credit/debit card, or online banking or e-wallet.
A Visa card is the preferred option. -
Step 5: Complete payment
Fill in the required details and proceed to complete your payment.
One-Time Payment
Make an online payment with PruBSN Touch

Step 1: Visit app.prubsn.com.my/PruBSNTouch

Step 2: Log in or register for an account

Step 3: Go to Contribution and select Online Contribution Payment

Step 4: Click on Show More to select the certificate(s) you wish to pay

Step 5: Enter the number of installments and then click Add to Pay

Step 6: Review the payment summary and click Pay Selected Contribution

Step 7: Choose your payment method.
Credit/debit card, online banking or e-wallet.

Step 8: Fill in the required details and click Proceed

Step 9: Complete the payment

Step 2: Select your languages (Press 1 for English, Press 2 for Bahasa Malaysia)

Step 3: Press 1 for Customer and enter your IC number

Step 4: Press 0 to speak to a Customer Service Representative

Step 5: Press 1 for Payment

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. (excluding public holidays)
