The service level agreement (SLA) is within 48 business hours, from request initiation to appoitment arrangement, subject to hospital availability.

How can customers utilize the Care Concierge services?

Step 1:

Customer had medical concern with diagnosis from doctor.

Step 2:

Customer / Agent contact AAA and provide case details.

Step 3:

AAA assesses cases and provides suggestions of hospital and doctor to customer / agent.

Step 4:

Customer / Agent agree with AAA's suggestion.

Step 5:

AAA schedule specialist appointments and notify customer/agent.
