Kindly be informed that in conjunction with the PruBSN Annual Staff Kick-Off Town Hall 2026, all PruBSN Head Office and Branch offices will be closed for half a day on:

Closure Time: 8:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Operations will resume from 2 p.m. on 21 January 2026, and return to full-day/normal operating hours on Thursday, 22 January 2026.

During the closure, customers may continue to access their takaful certificate information via:

Affected Areas

• All PruBSN offices and branches will be affected.

• Hospital Alliance Services will not be interrupted and will operate as usual.
