PRUServices
Make payments and set up recurring payment directly through our customer portal, PRUServices.
Step 1:
Login to PRUServices at pruservices.prubsn.com.my
Step 2:
Go to Payments menu and select Make Payment.
Step 3:
Select Certificate and Set Up Auto Deduction.
Step 4:
Select Add New Card and tick Terms & Conditions.
Step 5:
Enter Card Details and Proceed.
Step 6:
Payment successful confirmation.

PruBSN Online Payment
Make payments and set up recurring payment directly through our Online Payment platform on PruBSN's Corporate Website.
Step 1:
Click ‘Online Payment’ on PruBSN Website or visit app.prubsn.com.my/PruBSNPay/validate
Step 2:
Fill in required details
Step 3:
Fill in cardholder information
Step 4:
Click ‘Yes’ for recurring payments.
Step 5:
Enter card details and proceed
How to make a one-time payment
Via PRUServices
- Step 1: Access PRUServices Portal at pruservices.prubsn.com.my
- Step 2: Log in using your Username and Password.
- Step 3: From the menu, navigate to Payment and select Make Payment.
- Step 4: Select the certificate(s) to make payment.
- Step 5: Edit the payment amount, if required, based on the contribution due or advance payment.
- Step 6: Tick the Terms & Conditions and click Continue.
- Step 7: Select the payment option (Credit Card / Debit Card / Online Banking / eWallet).
- Step 8: Fill in the required payment details, then click Proceed.
- Step 9: Complete the payment authentication (OTP / bank authentication, if required).
- Step 10: Upon successful payment, a confirmation receipt will be displayed and available for download.
Via Internet Banking
You may choose to pay via internet banking through the bank of your choosing.
