This is a yearly renewable group plan, with Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad (PruBSN) as the master certificate holder.
No personal data will be collected when you click the link.
Free Look Period: You may cancel Your Certificate within 15 days from the date Your Certificate is delivered to You. Your Certificate is deemed to have been delivered to You on the date You downloaded the e-Certificate from your customer portal or on the date the hardcopy Certificate is delivered to You, whichever is applicable. If You do not download the e-Certificate, it shall be deemed delivered after the third e-notification of the e-Certificate being made available on Your customer portal.
