PRUServices (formerly known as My Coverage) on Pulse

Get your annual statement, eCertificate, certificate details on-the-go

With PRUServices, a tap of your finger is all it takes to view and download your annual statement, eCertificate* and review if your current coverage is sufficient. Just key in your NRIC or certificate number to link your PruBSN certificate(s).

Check your certificate info such as status, details, benefits, next contribution date and agent info whenever and wherever you are.

Note:
1. Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad participants can view maximum 7 years of their statements (Family Takaful Contribution Statement & Annual Statement) starting from 28 February 2022.
2. Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad participants who had opted for eCertificate during proposal submission can now view and download their eCertificate effective 15 March 2022.

How to link your certificate(s)?

Step 1: Go to PRUServices

Log on to your Pulse app and tap on the "PRUServices" tile or icon on your home screen.

Step 2: Tap “Proceed”

Tap “Proceed” after reading our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Step 3: Tap on “Link Policy/Certificate”

Tap on the “Link Policy/Certificate” to link your certificate(s) on PRUServices.

Step 4: Key in Your NRIC or Policy Number

Key in your NRIC or certificate number that you own in the field provided and tap “Continue".

Step 5: Key in One Time Password (OTP)

Key in the One Time Password sent to the phone number registered under your certificate.

Step 6: View Your Certificate(s)

Tap on the certificate(s) for a quick view of details, benefits, agent info and contribution info.
