Closure of Call Centre and Wangsa Maju Branch on 23 May 2025

Dear Valued Customers,

Kindly be informed that PruBSN Call Centre and Wangsa Maju Branch will be closed on Friday, 23 May 2025 for a staff engagement event.

The affected services and alternative options for you to self-serve during this time are outlined in the table below:

Teams that will not be in operation

  • PruBSN Call Centre;

  • E-Mail Team;

  • Live-Chat;

  • Wangsa Maju Branch; and

  • Agency Premier Services Team

The above teams will be operating as normal on Monday, 26 May 2025.

Available Online Servicing Platform During Closure

During the closure, you may log on to our Customer Portal, PruBSN Touch at https://app.prubsn.com.my/PruBSNTouch/login/login.do to view their certificate details, download statements, and complete online transactions safely at your convenience.

Alternatively, you may also walk-in to Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad’s Customer Engagement Centres to obtain support and services.
