Discontinuation of Physical Submission for e-Credit and Withdrawal

To support our digital-first initiative and improve processing efficiency, Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad (PruBSN) will implement the following changes effective 1 February 2026:

Important information for customers:

• e-Credit and Withdrawal forms will be removed from the PruBSN Corporate Website

• Physical or manual submissions will no longer be accepted

• e-Credit (bank account update) requests should be submitted via PruBSN Touch (https://app.prubsn.com.my/PruBSNTouch)

• Withdrawal requests must be submitted through your Wealth Planner / Takaful Consultant via the available digital channels

These changes aim to provide faster, more accurate, and secure processing

Last date for physical submission: 31 January 2026
