PRUPanel Plus is a group of panel hospitals across Malaysia that has established a strategic partnership with Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad and Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad (hereafter "Prudential"). These selected panel hospitals provide Prudential medical certificate/ policy holders with exclusive perks specially curated for them when they visit our PRUPanel Plus hospitals.
How are these hospitals selected as PRUPanel Plus?
These panel hospitals were selected based on past years' review data and their proven track records of good performance. Consequently, Prudential have collectively agreed to recommend PRUPanel Plus to our customers.

Are the exclusive benefits applicable for Prudential Group Medical Card holders?
No, the arrangement with PRUPanel Plus Hospitals are applicable for Individual Medical certificate/ policy holders of Prudential only.
Who is eligible to seek treatment in PRUPanel Plus?
All Prudential medical certificate/ policy holders can seek treatment at PRUPanel Plus hospitals according to each company’s panel listing. Please refer to each company’s corporate website’s panel hospital listing, as there are slight variations between PruBSN and PAMB’s PRUPanel Plus.
Do customers need to fill out any forms or follow a specific process to enjoy the benefits?
No, the benefits will be automatically applied to all Prudential medical certificate/ policy holders upon identity verification by hospital personnel.
Will Prudential continue to provide Pre-Authorisation Coverage under Hospital Alliance Services (HAS) Facilities to hospitals which are not on the list of PRUPanel Plus?
Yes, customers can continue to use Pre-Authorisation Coverage under HAS Facilities for non-listed panel hospitals, which will be referred to as PRUPanel.

How often will the PRUPanel Plus listing be revised?
The PRUPanel Plus hospital listing will be reviewed every 2 years, however Prudential reserves the rights to revise it from time to time.
