1. What is Mobile Examination service?
  • Mobile medical examination service is provided to PruBSN customers who are required to do new business medical examination.
  • Customers can request for a registered doctor to visit them at their preferred location for the completion of medical requirement.
  • Please note that this is only for New Business cases and not applicable for Endorsement requests.
2. Who is eligible for Cashless Mobile Medical Examination?

All PruBSN customers with the ACI for regular contribution are equal or more than RM20 000 (exclude Single Contribution Top Up).

3. My customer’s proposal is below RM 20,000 ACI but he would like to use service, is he allowed to use this service?

Yes, but client need to pay for the service accordingly as charges stated in Question No. 17.

4. How do I check on my customer’s eligibility?

There will be confirmation on the eligibility of the person proposed in the Agent’s Notification form. Please note that only those with medical requirements will be notified. Please refer to Agent’s Notification Form for this wording,

“Person(s) proposed above is/are entitled for Mobile Medical Examination services. Please register and upload this letter on https://www.prubsn.com.my/en/mobileme. Services available are limited to medical examination, blood test, urine test, and resting ECG only.”

Otherwise, client need to opt for self-pay option if no wording above in Agent notification

5. Where can the medical examination be done?

The medical examination can be done at customer’s preferred location. We advise for the examination to be done at customer’s home as this is the most private and comfortable setting for the customer.

6. Who is the provider for the Mobile Medical Examination service?

Our provider for the Mobile Medical Examination services is Qualitas.

7. When is the Mobile Medical Examination service available?

Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays), from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm

8. Where is this service available?

Nationwide (Except for Kedah , Kelantan, Terengganu, Sabah & Sarawak)

9. When can I make the appointment?

You should make the appointment at least 48 hours before the appointment time.

10. How do I complete the online registration form?

Customer/agent can make the appointment online via https://www.prubsn.com.my/en/mobileme . The provider will contact agent/customer within 24 hours for the confirmation of the appointment via call & email.

11. What are the medical services that are available?

The services provided are medical examination, blood/urine test and resting ECG only.

12. What should I do if my customer requires other tests that are not available, for example Chest X- Ray and Stress ECG?

 

  • Qualitas can assist to arrange the appointment at their nearest available clinic on best effort basis. Please inform Qualitas upon making appointment for Mobile Medical Examination.
  • Otherwise, agents should assist customers in arranging appointments for the tests at other panel clinics/hospitals

 

13. Does customer need to be accompanied during the medical examination?

It’s advisable for the customer to be accompanied by someone during the examination as the examining doctor might not be of the same gender as the customer.

14. Can the client request for a male or female doctor for the medical examination?

Yes the client has the option to choose their preferred gender of the doctor. However, the doctor will be assigned based on doctor’s availability.

15. Does agent need to be present during the medical examination?

Not necessary. However please ensure the client has the Doctor’s Notification Form, Blood test Profile & Consent form (if blood test ordered) during the medical examination.

16. Does agent need to collect the medical report?

No. the medical examiner will send the report directly to PruBSN office.

17. Any charges imposed for this service?

For Eligible customer: It is a cashless facility & PruBSN will reimburse directly to the provider.

18. Payment method for self-pay customer?

Self-pay customer required to pay the full amount using QR provided by the Doctor after medical examination completed. Qualitas will email the receipt to customer and agent email address.

19. How to reimburse with PruBSN if I am a self-pay customer using Mobile ME?

Customers are required to make full payment with Qualitas. They can submit the receipt to PruBSN for reimbursement to medfees@prubsn.com.my and the fees will be based on our standard charges and term & conditions as below table:

20. Can the booking be cancelled/ rescheduled?

Yes. You can cancel/reschedule the appointment at least 3 hours prior to appointment time. Fee of RM 100 per cancellation will be imposed for any cancellation within 3 hours of the appointment time. We encourage any cancellation or rescheduling to be done ahead of time to avoid unnecessary cost or hassle to the doctor’s arrangement.

21. Who will be paying for the cancellation/rescheduling fee?

The fee will be charged to the agents.
